1. Agreement

By submitting a lead through ConnectionHut ("the Service") operated by ConnectionHut Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ConnectionHut allows you to submit lead and opportunity information. We sell the lead on your behalf—we verify the opportunity and your details, take the lead to market, and when the deal closes we split the proceeds with you (typically 50/50, or as otherwise agreed). We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a deal or payment.

3. Your obligations

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and complete information
• Have consent to share the lead and contact information you submit
• Sign the declarations required as part of the submission
• Not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; doing so may result in rejection of the lead and forfeiture of any payout

4. Verification and processing

We may verify the lead and your details. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our criteria or that we reasonably believe is invalid or in breach of these Terms. Our decision in this regard is final.

5. Payouts

We sell the lead for you and share the proceeds; the split is typically 50/50 unless otherwise agreed and communicated to you. Your payout is subject to the deal closing and to our internal payout terms and eligibility rules. We will communicate the exact split and payout terms separately where applicable. We are not liable for delays or failures in payment due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property and use

Our website, branding and materials are owned by us. You may not copy, scrape or misuse our systems or content. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or any lead submission. Our total liability is limited to the amount (if any) we have paid you in relation to the relevant lead in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
